Big News!  21dayhero.com was created on the basis of teaching everyone about the benefits of intermittent fasting, and give related articles in alignment with this and current medical science. We have been covering fasting for years, and hundreds of emails and questions come in about EVERYTHING in regards to other health/wellness/nutrition/fitness topics, so people have asked, and we are ready to answer with a new weekly newsletter called The Health Nugget!

My Story

Well…I had gut issues, fatigue, allergic reactions and all sorts of problems that I thought the traditional diet would work for. I went to doctors, and none of them were able to help me. I felt helpless, and defeated. But after countless hours of personal research, reading studies, trial and error, then making some adjustments, I’m feeling more amazing than ever! I’m going to reveal the secrets learned by myself and others to help you reach the same goals.

We are here to give you a far more digestible, quick and funny easy-to-follow newsletter, so that you can stay informed week to week, without more than 5 minutes of your time. We will cover ALL topics, and every week we will try to provide pure gold!

Traditional Medical Advice

Do you disagree with the traditional Food Pyramids that the government publishes when you know that many of these options may NOT be good for your health? Or maybe you aren’t aware of this and want to learn more. We live in an over-prescribed culture, and instead of treating the source, we treat the symptoms.

 Bread with Gluten is healthy? Say what?!!! Those breakfast bars I eat in the morning are good for me right? It has protein! Sorry, not quite…..

From my personal experience, friends and family and recent studies, I have learned lots of amazing medical, diet, wellness alternatives to traditional medical teachings. Many of which they will not tell you in the medical world and what the old textbooks teach. 

But with new data and studies coming out each day, it’s hard to keep up with the latest and greatest unless you read through thousands of health publications. You owe it to yourself and loved ones to get the latest and most up to date health and nutrition info.

This NEW weekly newsletter will cover ALL things health that will differ from the way of thinking that the government and medical industry have been telling us for decades, while touching on other amazing breakthroughs and modern data and nutritional and health science.

Huh? Canola oil is healthy? These oils, along with soybean, sunflower and other seed oils are showing signs of being linked to heart disease and obesity! Studies are now showing healthy oils are olive, avocado, coconut, and animal-based fats such as butter, ghee, tallow.

Did you also know there may be something in Kale and Spinach that makes them potentially unhealthy? Such as oxalates (which can lead to kidney stones) and plant defense chemicals, we will cover these topics and more in the near future!
