Korean Skincare: 9 Anti Ageing Tips And Tricks - Why they have such amazing skin!

Korean anti-aging tips have gained a lot of popularity in recent years due to the amazing results they provide. Koreans are known for their flawless and youthful skin, which is attributed to their unique skincare routine and diet.

Let's delve deeper into Korean anti-aging tips and how you can incorporate them into your daily routine.

1. Double Cleanse

The first step in Korean skincare is the double cleanse method. This involves cleansing your face twice, first with an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup and impurities, and then with a water-based cleanser to remove any remaining dirt or debris. Double cleansing ensures that your skin is thoroughly cleansed and helps to prevent breakouts and premature ageing.

2. Use a Toner

After cleansing, the next step is to use a toner. Toner helps to balance the pH level of your skin and prepares it for the next step of your skincare routine. It also helps to remove any remaining dirt or impurities.

3. Incorporate Essences and Serums

Essences and serums are a vital part of the Korean skincare routine. These products are packed with nutrients and active ingredients that penetrate deep into the skin to provide intense hydration and nourishment. Essences are lightweight and are applied after toner, while serums are thicker and are applied after essence.

How the HECK to Know Which Muscle Groups to Work Out Together? Let’s break the confusion….

THE BODY IS a complex machine. Your corporeal form houses over 600 muscles, all working together to help you perform your best every day. Fitness pros tend to organize all of these into different muscle groups—think upper body, lower body, core, and legs.

If you're training to improve your physique, it may feel impossible to understand how to approach training all of those groups in your workout plan. That's why veteran gym goers incorporate something called a training split to best address all these muscle groups and strategize which you should address in your individual workouts.

"Instead of training everything on one day, we are splitting up what we train onto different days," Ebenezer Samuel, C.S.C.S., MH fitness director, says. "This lets us focus on different muscle groups in each workout, and that can help us increase the intensity in which we train each muscle group."

My suggestion - I prefer the Push/Pull/Leg Day splits.
